Writing has always been a huge part of my life. When I was a little girl and even as a teenager, I wanted to be a writer when I “grew up.” This was before I knew about engineering or science as being career fields available to me. Even still, as a scientist today, writing is in fact a large component of my life. Sharing my discoveries or technologies requires writing. Applying for funding requires writing. But most importantly, consolidating my ideas and synthesizing new ones benefits from writing.
I started this blog with the intention of maintaining a regular writing practice when my writing tasks were low. They quickly ramped up and this site has gotten fairly dusty. That said, if you do want to follow along for updates, feel free to subscribe using the field below.
